The Yard Transformation

As I mentioned last week, Rob and his landscape crew came out to the house and tackled our beastly yard. My guess is that the previous owners didn't do a single thing to it since the day we walked through. Rob told us that our grass was so big that it had sprouted! Crazy! Anyway, we didn't really have a whole lot planned for the yard right now other than just cleaning it up and taming it. It's a little embarrassing when you have the most overgrown yard in the neighborhood! The main things, however, were to remove the weird dying tree thing in the middle of our yard and to pull out the really aggressive tree that sat in the front planter area. There was a poor rose bush hiding in there! It only has two measly branches though, so we will see if it can survive after all that suffocation. I figured a slideshow would be the easiest way to present the photos, so enjoy!
